About Me

A Systems Engineer & Systems Thinker

HELLO!

I am a systems engineer and systems thinker who builds, operates, and improves complex technology and operating systems. My professional foundation is healthcare, research, and enterprise technologyu2014work where reliability, security, data integrity, and human workflows all matter.

That same mindset now informs my education work, business systems, automation projects, and Engineer Your Life framework. I care about making complex work clearer: understanding how a system behaves under pressure, documenting what matters, and designing the next step so people can move with more confidence.

This site is a record of the work, the lessons, and the systems I am continuing to build.

How I work

1. Reliable Healthcare Technology

I work with the systems and workflows behind dependable healthcare technology: clinical applications, interoperability, access, production support, infrastructure, and documentation. It has taught me that reliability is designed, tested, and clearly communicated—not hoped for.

2. Career Direction & Learning Systems

I create practical learning paths for people who need a clearer route into technical work. That includes healthcare IT career mapping, labs, role research, and straightforward documentation that turns a large career change into manageable next steps.

3. Business Automation & Operations

I help turn scattered business activity into a clearer operating system. The work can include lead follow-up, automation planning, handoffs, documentation, and practical workflows that make it easier for a small team to respond and follow through.

4. Automation, Advisory & Strategy

I help people and small teams clarify the system before they buy more tools or build the wrong workflow. That can include lead follow-up design, automation planning, documentation, and practical guidance across technology and operations.

The path behind the work

1. Technical Foundations

Start with the fundamentals

I began with hands-on work across hardware, operating systems, networking, and user support. Those early roles taught me how to troubleshoot uncertainty and understand systems from the ground up.

2. Systems & Infrastructure

Learn what reliability requires

I moved into enterprise and healthcare environments supporting servers, databases, authentication, and application infrastructure—systems where reliability and security have real consequences.

3. Clinical, Research & Integration Work

Build inside complex environments

I deepened my work in research and clinical technology, including application platforms, access, upgrades, migrations, interfaces, and cross-team coordination in regulated environments.

4. Systems Thinking in Public

Build, document, share, improve

Today, I apply the same discipline to career education, business workflows, automation, writing, and execution frameworks: clarify the problem, build a usable system, document the learning, and improve it over time.
